Organisational Model (Legislative Decree 231/01)
Legislative Decree 231 of 2001 introduces the administrative liability of organisations for offences committed in their interest or to their advantage. To prevent such risks, Smile House Fondazione ETS has adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model (commonly known as the Model 231).
The Model, approved by the board of directors on 03/10/2012 and subsequently amended on 21/02/2023, reflects our commitment to ensuring the absolute legality and transparency of every operation. It represents a rigorous guide for everyone who acts in the name and on behalf of Smile House.
Supervisory Board
In order to oversee compliance with the Code of Ethics and the Model 231, we have established the Supervisory Board. This is an independent committee tasked with managing, with the utmost responsibility, discretion and professionalism, any report it receives, in order to protect the integrity of the entire Organisation.
