Renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Health

The Undersecretary for Health Pierpaolo Sileri and the Vice President of Smile House Fondazione Onlus Domenico Scopelliti today signed, in the Anselmi hall of the Ministry of Health, the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Health and the Foundation, first signed in 2008 and confirmed in 2016. The agreement defines the framework for a programme of activities, in Italy and abroad, aimed at the healthcare and social assistance of minors and young adults affected by craniomaxillofacial malformations, with the aim of ensuring free surgical operations and specialist, multidisciplinary medical care until the end of the patients’ psycho-physical development.
